  • Lumig is the name of our coaching business. It represents our coaching services, philosophy, and approach. It's what clients engage with when they seek our coaching.

    Lumig encompasses three crucial elements: Illumination, Mindset Migration, and Personal Growth, which, in turn, embody our coaching philosophy—Emotional Awareness, Energy Transformation, Expanded Capacity, and Enhanced Resilience.

  • Choose Lumig because we offer a customized coaching experience, focusing on emotional awareness, mindset transformation, and personal growth. We guide you to unlock your full potential, navigate life's challenges, and achieve lasting positive change. Our approach empowers you to create the life you desire with the support of a dedicated coach.

  • The Luminary Space is our flagship structured coaching program within Lumig, a coaching space where clients engage in coaching sessions. The goal is to provide personalized coaching to create positive change, inner peace, mindset shifts, and discover life purpose.

  • The Luminary Space is for emotionally trapped working professionals who are looking to create positive change in their lives, especially if you want to pursue inner peace, a mindset shift, and life purpose.

  • Start by booking the complimentary Discovery Session. The booking link is available on this website. In the Discovery Session, I will guide you to understand how we can assist you and determine if coaching is what you need. Once you're ready to move forward, we will send you a separate link containing all the information you need to schedule and make a payment for our coaching session. Additionally, we will include the coaching agreement for your convenience.

  • Currently, we offer two collaboration options: Single Session and the Lumig Package, consisting of four sessions. You can find the cost details in 'The Luminary Space' page.

  • We accept payment through Stripe. The payment will be made during the scheduling process.

    If you are in Singapore and prefer to pay with PayNow, please inform us. We will provide you with an alternative payment link.

  • Currently, we do not offer payment in installments.

  • After scheduling your coaching session, making payment, and signing the coaching agreement, we can start the session at the agreed time.

  • If you've purchased a coaching session but later regret it, no worries. We have a refund policy in place. Please reach out to us to initiate the refund process, and we'll be happy to assist you.

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with the coaching session, you can get a full refund.

Questions about the coaching session?

  • Around 60 minutes.

  • The coaching will be conducted through online coaching calls, and the platform for the coaching session is Google Meet.

  • Coaching calls are typically recorded and shared with you later, unless you ask not to record them.

  • Fill out and submit your coaching agreement to lumigcoaching@gmail.com 1 day before the coaching call.

    Find a quiet place, gather materials for note-taking, and make sure you have a stable internet connection before our coaching session starts.

  • Yes, please inform us 24 hours in advance, and you are only allowed to reschedule once.

  • After your coaching call, you will receive a review report with insights about the session, the recording of the call, and a feedback form. After a week, you will also receive a check-in message from us.
